New Releases [Updates]

Patches and new application updates will be made available to all of our clients as part of their Annual Maintenance Agreement. KG Hawes' ICT team will be responsible for patching the Web Application Resource (WAR) file and uploading it for our clients. The patching will be done at a time that is convienent for the client, and while client is present.

Updates vs. Upgrades

Unlike patches and updates, upgrades and custom functionality are not part of the Annual Maintenance Agreement.
